These terms and conditions apply for all orders placed, and all agreements concluded between Mode Gallery and the customer.

Discount Codes

We often offer our customers discounts through our 'voucher codes' at the checkout. If an order is placed, and the discount code is not used, the discount cannot be applied once the transaction is complete. We reserve the right to cancel and amend any discounts offered at any time.

Acceptance of Order

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example, if our system detects a high-risk level of fraud, or if delivery is to an untraceable destination. In such event, any money will be refunded.
